Ownership and rights
Who owns the video?
Once paid, you can use it without limits for your own marketing: your website, listings, social media and ads. You just can’t resell it as a standalone video.
Delivery
How fast do I get it?
The delivery time is in your quote. We make up to 2 videos a day, and we always agree the delivery date with you beforehand. The free sample usually comes first, so you can judge before you commit.
How many revisions are included?
2 rounds per video. A revision is a change with the same photos and the same concept. New photos or a new concept count as a new video.
Can you make videos for a whole fleet?
Yes. Each yacht gets its own video in one calm style, so the fleet looks consistent on your website. We make up to 2 videos a day, and the delivery date is agreed in the quote.
Can you make a new video when we renovate or change the rooms?
Yes. Send the new photos and we make a new video. New photos count as a new video, not as a revision.
Formats
Which formats do I get?
Each video runs 60 to 90 seconds. 16:9 for your website and listing platforms, and 9:16 for Instagram, TikTok and Reels. You get MP4 files, ready to upload.
One video for the whole hotel, or one per room type?
Both work. Some hotels want one video of the whole property, others one per room type so each booking page has its own. Each video is priced as one video.
Photos you need
Which photos do you need?
The photos from your listing are enough. The higher the quality of the photos, the higher the quality of the film: sharp, well lit and in high resolution works best. If you have the original files from your photographer, send those.
Do you need access to the yacht or the hotel?
No. We work only from the photos you already have. Nobody needs to come on board or visit the property.
Do I need any skills or software?
No. You send a link to your listing or the photos, and we do the rest. There is no tool to learn, no prompts to write and no account to set up.
AI and quality
Is this made with AI?
Yes. Software turns your photos into camera movement. Then a person watches every video in full before delivery, so it shows what is in your photos and nothing that isn’t.
Can the video show rooms or views that are not in the photos?
No. The video can only show what is in your photos. If a cabin, a room or a view was never photographed, it will not be in the film. We do not add people, furniture or views.
Pricing and payment
How does the volume price work?
A single video costs €100. From 5 videos the price per video is €95, and it drops by €5 for every 5 videos, down to €50 per video. More than 100 videos: we make a quote.
Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, and the quote always says so.
When do I pay?
We invoice after delivery, with a payment term of 14 days. For larger orders we may ask for a deposit; the quote will say so.
What does the free sample include?
One short clip made from your own listing photos. No obligation and no invoice. A link to your listing is all we need.
