Still to Film makes walkthrough videos from listing photos for businesses. For that we need as little data as possible. Below is exactly which data, why, and how to have it deleted.

What data and why

We ask for no more than we need. Company and message are optional in the form. We do not build profiles and do not use your data for advertising.
Who else processes your data
We sell nothing on. For our work we use these services:
- Vercel (hosting of this website). On every visit the server receives technical data such as your IP address, to show and secure the site.
- Google (Gmail) for email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you contact us via WhatsApp yourself.
- Higgsfield, the AI service we use to turn your photos into a video. Your photos are uploaded to it for that purpose.
Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers then rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers. Fonts and videos are served from our own server. See the cookie policy.
Newsletter
We send no newsletter and no marketing email. If that ever changes, it will only be if you sign up yourself, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
Children
Our services are for businesses and not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. You can also object, restrict the processing, or ask for your data in a common file format.

You can also simply email sitedesignhaarlem@gmail.com. We reply within one month, as the GDPR requires. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, is only deleted after that period.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the authority in your own country.
Changes
If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
